Year Round Session

Registration Fee

There is a registration fee of $35 per student due upon enrollment. A new registration fee will then be paid yearly on the 1st of their anniversary month. For instance, if you enroll in May of 2026, your registration fee will be good until the following May of 2027. Annual registration fees are charged yearly unless a drop notice is received. Please understand that registration fees are non-refundable.

Showoffs Weeks

Registration fees also cover our special Showoff celebrations, which are held in December and May. During Showoff weeks, each student is given a chance to perform for their family and friends and is awarded a Showoffs medal on the awards stand. There is no extra charge for Showoffs!

Tuition Fees

For the convenience of our parents, students are enrolled until a drop notice is sent. Monthly auto-billing to a credit card or debit card is required for all students.

Students may drop at any time during the year round session with a drop notice emailed to drop@acrosports.com no later than the 15th of the student's last month of classes. Autobilling will be cancelled after fees are received for the last month of classes.

All students are assumed to be enrolled continuously year round. Your AcroSports tuition charges are billed automatically to your card on file on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $15 will be applied if payment is not made by the 5th of the current month. In the event that a credit card is denied and payment is not made by the 15th of the month, the child will be dropped immediately from class. Unpaid tuition and fees will remain on your child’s account, and you will not be able to re-enroll or register for any classes, programs, or events until the balance is paid in full. Once a tuition payment is billed it is non-refundable.

Withdrawal From Classes

Your child’s enrollment continues year round unless a drop notice is received. Drop notices must be sent by email to drop@acrosports.com by the 15th of the student’s last month to avoid future billing.

50 minute Preschool Gym Class	$90/month (one class per week)
55 minute Gymnastics, Combo, Cheer, Ninja or Tumbling Class	$99/month (one class per week)
55 minute Homeschool Class	$90/month (one class per week)
90 minute Ninja Class	$119/month (one class per week)
115 minute Gymnastics Class	$157/month (one class per week)

FREE TRIAL Classes

AcroSports is happy to offer your child a free trial class on a space available basis. The process is simple - just call our office at 281-332-4496, and we will help you find a class at a day and time that is convenient for you, subject to availability. The time and date of your free class may be different from the class you choose to permanently sign up for. You will not be charged a Registration Fee or tuition until you have chosen your permanent class. We will hold the spot in your child’s trial class until the end of that day. After that the spot will be released if enrollment is not confirmed.

Discount

If your child takes multiple classes per week, you will receive 15% off additional classes. We also offer a $5 sibling discount for each additional child enrolled from the same family. Please see the front desk for military and first responder discounts.

Pro-rating

If you are joining our program or adding an additional class mid-month, we will pro-rate your monthly tuition to reflect just the remaining weeks in the month. We do NOT pro-rate tuition for missed classes. However we do allow make-ups anytime a child is absent from class for any reason.

Open Enrollment

Students are welcome to enroll anytime. Please contact us to find an open class at a day and time that works for your schedule. We will pro-rate your tuition if your child is starting their class mid-month.
