Enrollment
How do I enroll my child in AcroKids Academy?
Registration
Registration can be done EITHER online or in-person for before and/or after school childcare, summer program weeks, holiday care (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks), and professional development days (when school is closed for a day during a regular school week).
Be certain to choose the correct location (FW for Friendswood, or LC for League City) and school district (FISD, CCISD, or DISD) when registering your child for any of our programs.
Registration
Enrollment forms are due IN FULL within 3 days of online registration, or immediately upon enrollment if registering in person. Childcare Licensing requires that you give us a hard copy of all the registration forms with an original signature. Enrollment packets are available at the front desk, or all forms can be printed from our website.
We do not require an immunization record for school-age students, as long as it is currently on file with a public or private school. If your child is not registered at a public or private school, we will need a current immunization record submitted with your enrollment paperwork. We also accept state immunization exemption forms that have been notarized, and they are good for 2 years from the date they are signed.
Tours
If you would like to set up a time to tour our facilities or meet with someone in person, please call or email and we will be happy to arrange that for you.

Before & After School Students
To begin attending before and/or after school, we will need the full paperwork packet completed and signed prior to transporting your child. You will also need to notify your child’s school that they will be riding the bus with AcroKids Academy and specify their start date.
If your child is returning to our program from the previous school year, then we should not need a full new packet filled out.
If there are any updates to your family’s information (phone numbers, pick up lists, etc) then you will need to update your child’s paperwork forms in person, and initial that the forms have been reviewed. If there are NOT any changes to your child’s paperwork from the previous school year, then we must have initials on your child’s forms indicating that they have been reviewed.
Every child must have a new “Enrollment Choices” form every school year to indicate their specific enrollment information and skills class choices (if any).
Summer Students
If your child is continuing into our summer program from the school year, then we should not need a full new packet filled out. If there are any updates to your family’s information (phone numbers, pick up lists, etc) then you will need to update your child’s paperwork forms in person, and initial that the forms have been reviewed.
If there are NOT any changes to your child’s paperwork, then we must have initials on your child’s forms indicating that they have been reviewed.
If your child is new with AcroKids, we will need the full paperwork packet completed and signed before your child may attend.
