School Year ChildCare Pricing

Registration Fee

$75 for 1st child, $25 for siblings (discounted after Jan. 1st to $50 for 1st child and $25 for siblings). Registration fees are not refundable for any reason. This is used to hold your child’s spot in the class and will be forfeited if you choose to withdraw your child at any time after registration.

Weekly Tuition

Charged every FRIDAY for the NEXT week of care for all students.
Before School ONLY: $75/week
After School ONLY: $120/week
Before & After School: $145/week

Special Pricing

Early Release Days: $15 extra
Professional Development Days: $25 extra per day (if attending)
Holiday Care (Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, Spring Break): $40 per day OR $175 for the full week (if attending)
  • Siblings receive a 10% discount off 2nd child’s tuition
  • Tuition is not pro-rated for school holidays, vacations, illnesses, or weather-related school closings
  • Late pickup is charged at $1 per minute after 6:30pm
  • Withdrawals are permitted with a full 2 week notice sent to keri@acrosports.com with drop-date falling on a Friday ONLY. Tuition and fees are not refunded when a child drops. Partial weeks are not pro-rated

Notifications

  • We take the safety and security of our students VERY seriously. Therefore, we require parents to notify us if their child will not be riding our after school bus for any reason.
  • Notifications are due no later than 1:30pm for Cline and 2:30pm for every other school.
  • Parents must notify Friendswood by call or text to 713-628-8335, or League City by call or text to 281-898-3047.
  • Failure to notify by the deadline will result in a $25 fine per child, per occurrence.

Summer Childcare Pricing

Registration Fee

$50 for 1 st child, $25 for siblings. Current AcroKids school year students do not have a new registration fee for summer. Current AcroSports class students will pay the $15 difference from the class registration of $35 to the AcroKids registration of $50. Registration fees are not refundable for any reason. This is used to hold your child’s spot in the class and will be forfeited if you choose to withdraw your child at any time after registration.

If enrolling for the FULL summer (MAY 29- AUG. 18)(Closed on May 29th and July 4th. Tuition will not be prorated for holiday closures.):

  • PARTIAL WEEK- Monday thru Wednesday- Tuition is a total of $150/week. ($20 per registered week is paid in advance as your deposit- see below)
  • Weekly tuition is charged the Friday BEFORE each registered week
  • Siblings receive a 10% discount off 2 nd child’s tuition (Full summer and/or weekly deposits are NOT discounted).
  • Tuition is not pro-rated for holidays, vacation days, illnesses, or weather-related center closings
  • Withdrawals and cancellations are permitted with a full 2 week notice sent to keri@acrosports.com (Friendswood), or christy@acrosports.com (League City). Deposits and registration fees are not refunded when cancelling enrollment.

FULL WEEK- Monday thru Friday- Tuition is a total of $220/week. A deposit of $20 per enrolled week will be due at the time of registration to hold your child’s spot for that week.The remaining tuition of $200 will be billed on the Friday before each reserved week.

PARTIAL WEEK- Monday thru Wednesday- Tuition is a total of $150/week. A deposit of $20 per enrolled week will be due at the time of registration to hold your child’s spot for that week. The remaining tuition of $130 will be billed on the Friday before each reserved week.

      • Weekly deposits are not refundable for any reason, but can be moved to a future week if space is available. This is used to hold your child’s spot in the class, purchase needed supplies, activities, and will be forfeited if you choose to withdraw your child at any time after registration.

      Optional Skills Class Pricing:

      Children may enroll in one class per day that classes are offered. These classes auto-bill on the 1st of each month through the AcroSports billing system. Changes are permitted monthly via email to the childcare director by the deadline. Partial months are not refunded if a child withdraws from the program before their classes end.

      *All classes can be taken multiple times a week if desired (on a space available basis)

      *Skills classes are offered to AcroKids students for an additional cost.
